We were recently in Pottsville, PA to install an energy efficient window film that also provides 99% UV rejection and a large amount of privacy. The staff at Schuylkill County Community Action on Centre St in Pottsville, PA were struggling with uneven heating and cooling inside the building, the "fishbowl effect" where they felt like they were on display with the large glass panels everywhere, and wanted to reduce the large amount of sun glare entering the building.
